The Frias - ON YIP HONG
A design proposal for a medium-scale PAM Learning Hub. It will be 3-4 stories, with semi-basement parking, open and covered plazas accessible to the public, and be a positive example of tropical architecture in Kuala Lumpur.

Hi! I am David On Yip Hong. I am an architecture student and artist from Malaysia. I am a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Year 3 student from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TARUC). Finding inspiration mostly in hand-drawn sketching and watercolor illustration. I love to create building design and artwork with bright & clean lightweight and watercolor style.
