The Antithesis Youth Centre
- LIM YI CHEE

RAR 2 Lim Yi Chee

The youth culture is first started from the industrial revolution in the 18th century, which young men left their own homes and cottage industries to migrate to the big towns. The emergent of a youth centre in the urban area is to meet the needs of young people to develop their mental and physical health. The youth centre can accommodate 80 people with the age range between 13–19. The youth centre's concept is centred on the situation where balance is achieved, yet not in the form of equal or symmetric but in the sense of feeling and thought. Where people can find themselves feeling "balanced" mentally and physically; nature and human being to create surreal and pleasant compositions.
